Aotearoa Planting Calendar - A3 Riso Print

I made this 3-colour Riso printed Planting Guide to help you remember common flowers, herbs, and vegetables to plant each season here in Aotearoa. It is made from my original pencil drawings, scanned in and formatted into 3 layers of colour for printing. I hope it inspires you to get your hands in the soil and see what grows.

Risograph printing pushes inks through a stencil to create prints on paper. Expect subtle quirks like slight misregistration or ink variations; these small imperfections are part of what makes each print one-of-a-kind. Riso printing uses soy-based inks and minimal energy, making it a very environmentally sustainable printmaking method.

Each print is shipped rolled in a cardboard mailing tube, or can be picked up from the studio in Te Papaioea.
