A signed limited edition Risograph print of an original graphite drawing, printed in blue and peach on 150gsm stock. It has been printed on 297 x 420mm (A3) paper. This drawing was made as part of a series exploring the tension of motherhood - simultaneously hard and soft, pulling and pushing.
Risograph printing pushes inks through a stencil to create prints on paper. Expect subtle quirks like slight misregistration or ink variations; these small imperfections are part of what makes each print one-of-a-kind. Riso printing uses soy-based inks and minimal energy, making it a very environmentally sustainable printmaking method.
Each print is shipped rolled in a cardboard mailing tube, or can be picked up from the studio in Te Papaioea (please contact me directly for this option).
